Payment Terms & Methods
Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be settled 1 week prior to arrival.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be securely processed via 3D Secure NightsBridge PayLink, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
7 days prior to arrival: Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the first night's stay.
5 to 6 days prior to arrival: Cancellations made within this window will incur a fee equivalent to 2 nights' stay.
Less than 5 days prior to arrival: Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are fully non-refundable, and full payment will be retained.
House Rules & Regulations
Pet Policy: Strictly no pets are allowed on the property.
Age Restriction: Children 10 years and older are welcome in the apartment; we unfortunately cannot accommodate children under the age of 10.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Arrival & Departure
Check-In Window: Guests are welcome to check in between 14:00 and 18:00.
Late Arrivals: Please notify management in advance if you expect to arrive after 18:00.
Check-Out Time: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
